Help encryption problem

Hi guys, i am hoping someone can help me.
i have a folder on a second drive with some files that i encrypted in Vista Ultimate (no password, just EFS), about a week ago i upgraded to windows 7, a clean install on the primary drive. i went to look at the files and i cant see them on the second drive.
is there anyway i can get these files back?

You gotta reinstall EFS. happened to me before except it was with Acer built in encryption. I had to go to their site and download the installer.

Idk where to get an EFS installer though. Ima look into this.

ADD: Windows 7 home basic, Home premium, or home starter DOES NOT include EPS. What version of Windows 7 do you have?

how do i go about reinstalling EFS?

I looked on it, and so far it can't be installed. It comes with the Microsoft Operating System. My guess is you have Windows 7 Home Basic or Home Premium, and those don't come with EFS, and I doubt they can read them.
