welcome note stuck up

hello

im using home vista premium i used it yesterday and turned off safely but when i opened it lately about 3 hours ago after the windows welcome note and the mouse appears and still right now its on the mouse it doesnt direct me to windows i already try using safe mode.. T_T i dont think theres a virus on it coz 1st havent putting any USB or internet on it T_T last think i do was typing my essay proj. T_T

If you have a repair DVD, use it. If not follow these instructions. Make a DVD and then use it to restore your computer.
