CMOS setup on a intel board?

im trying to set up my CMOS on my motherboard but i cant figure out how to get into it all i can get is bios i wana overclock my CPU

hm... which one? if its a prebuilt like a dell, acer, hp ect... you can't overclock because they lock this option in the bio's

CMOS = BIOS. Same thing. CMOS can also refer to the battery on the motherboard which allows the settings to be saved and retained. Usually you can clear CMOS settings with a jumper on the motherboard.

you can overclock your gpu with a program. if you have ati you can use the program from amd, i think its called overdrive or something like that.
