Please help me, im so clueless about computers. My laptop wont start up properly. It gives me 2 options- start normally or launch start up repair. When i select launch start up repair it eventually says unspecified changes to system configuration might have caused the problem. If anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. Thanks

Try going to safe mode, press f8 repeatedly during start up. If you can get to safe mode, try a system restore. You may also try starting in safe mode.
