hi folks, i am try to get rid of a program, have looked in programs and features its not there looked in program files its not there looked in start-programs its not there i can click on control panel and its in the control panel but will not let me do any thing from there, i dont rember installing the program and i dont use it any how, i have windows vista 32-bit than you.

thanks for your reply's I googled it and sure enough there was a uninstall tool that i had to download, and i finally got rid of it, my problem was it was not in c:\program files or in programs and features,or start programs, even when i typed it in search it didn't show up, so i was starting to get worried thanks again for taking the time to respond...patch41
