Programs that are open only open about 75% of the screen?

Any program that i open only seems to open up to a certain point? how can i make it open all the way. It never did this before but i want to have full screen. There is an attached image of this. problem.

The simplest way would be to drag the right or left edge or both edges to fill the screen. this will become the default setting for the page.

It seems on the maximize window button, it is already maximised. Have you tried different screen resolutions?
(Control Panel, search for 'display', and click on 'Change display settings'. Is the resolution at full?
If that doesn't help, can you tell us exactly when it first started happening, e.g. installed a program, changed system settings etc?

alright it fixed itself? lol. I just opened bad company 2 and it automatically fixed itself thanks guise.
