I would like to ask for an e-mail adress or any contact of a person in microsoft that could give me information about copyright infringement of emoticons and their usage in advertisment or commercials.

Have you tried going to Microsoft.com and seeing if you can find a contact there.

This forum is not Microsoft nor is it connected to them so you would be better going to their site to find information like that.
