Help !! Restarting after loading

Hi techies,

One of our system is restrting after small windows loading bar at the bottom.
After restrting if we select boot windows normally also same thing is happening.
Tried with Safe Mode also....

Can someone help me to get it resolved.

This is Vista 32 bit Enterprise edition..

Try this for a starter. Go to my computer>properties>advanced>settings>uncheck restart after system failure.
