Solved how to add a program on Context Menu?

good day sir, i just wanna ask on how to add a program on the Context Menu?
because my quick scan anti virus has gone from the context menu.
If anyone can help I would deeply appreciate it.

thank you sir it works, but when i shutdown the computer the same problems happens again.

i think i know the reason why the same problem happens again when i shutdown the computer, because before i shutdown the computer, i always run the "CCleaner" to clean the registry...i think thats the reason why this problem happen again and i also scanned it with malwarebytes and found i think 4 infections.
anyway sir thank you for the hand and i really deeply appreciate it.
