How do I use the "Fade" effect/theme for photos?

So in windows photo gallery had this nice looking effect/theme called "Fade". The only problem is it's used for slide shows and there's no option to save it. So how do I get to use it as a real effect and set it for a photo?

Is there any other program you know that if I download that will let me use the Fade theme? Thanks, I really appreciate it.

Yeah I want the effect for a photo exactly like it's seen in the slide show...but not for a slide show. So for example I just want it for a photo for things such as posting on myspace.

So what do I do? Thanks a lot

I am not sure whether that is at all possible. You need a program (like PowerPoint) to do this rendering. And on e.g. MySpace you would not have that. To produce what you see on the PP slideshow is quite a complex setup and only possibe in PP - at least in this form. A picture is a simple file (.jpeg or .png or whatever). But maybe there is a way with a .gif file - that may be worth exploring.
