I have a Windows XP Home PC that when you try to log on it will say loading settings and then it will go to logging off and saving settings. It will never let you log on.
Safe mood does not work. At the end of safe mode loading, you can see a quick Blue screen and then it re-boots. I ran UBD (Ultimate Boot Desk) on the PC and found malware, trojans and some virus and cleaned all them up. But it still wont let me log in.
