Automatically goes into hibernation

I am facing a problem with vista x64, the system i use is automatically going into hibernation in middle of my work.Anyone facing same problem or any solutions for this.

You might check your Advanced Power Plan settings using STEP TWO in the tutorial below to see how many minutes you have your computer set to go to hibernation when left idle. If to low, this could cause what you are seeing.

You could also disable hibernation and use sleep instead if it works better for you.
