How do i triple boot windows vista windows 7 and ubuntu

Hi i already have both vista and windows 7 on my machine
how do i get linux into it, plz show me guide, i am a bit scare of the grub bootloader problems with incompatibility. sorry if i sound like a computer noob, i prefer pictures on the guide, but it is okay if u dont have pictures as long as you are discriptive. sorry for grammar feeling lazy today.

Thanks for your post, but I think i sucessfully triple booted win 7 vista and ubuntu! Now I have one more problem: when i try to edit the grub bootloader by typing in sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst, and i try to edit the grub bootloader, the text file comes up blank. How do I edit the bootloader, there is a major problems with one of the entries (one of the entry says windows vista loader, but when u use that option it takes u to the system recovery partition!)

Don't know if this is what your looking for, but I have ubuntu 9.10 (I think) installed inside of windows home premium.
Its called something like wubi.

Its pretty neat when you start your pc instead of going straight into windows , it gives a choice of windows or ubuntu. if you don't reply within like 10 seconds it chooses windows.
