Vista help Permission changes

long story short the only administrator account is hidden from the logon screen and there is no way to acess except to change the key in regedit that is hiding it back from 0 to 1.When i try to it says access denied because i do not have administrative rights. When i try to change the permissions so I (user) have ownership and will be able to change the key its says " Unable to save Permission changes on ___ Access is denied. So, FYI I basicly can not do anything that requires adminstrative rights like download anything and the User Account Control is blocking everything too.
Is there any way I can get arouind this so I can change the Permissions? any help is appreciated.

Do you have a standard user account or an administrator account?
If so, who controls the other administrator account on the system?

Hello Tnigro,

You might see if doing a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before your administrator account was hidden may be able to undo it for you.
