Letter J in Temporary Internet Files in Disk Cleaner tool

When I open the disk cleaner tool, the letter J is superimposed on 'Temporary Internet Files'. Is this malware? Kaspersky and Malware Bytes cannot find any malware. A screenshot is provided.

Any ideas?
