pratiknaik,
Welcome to Vista Forums!

I think that it is that your graphics card driver is not installing.
What type of card are you using?

Please post your computer specs for any further assistance.

Let us know,
Ben

if anything you want plz let me know. And yes I have this PC 4m Aug 2008. Till Dec 2009 no problem at all, working very smooth. I had installed Win7 in Nov 09 beginning.

Also, I had read on one of the forum tat these BCCode 19 / 9f are generally related to RAM or Graphic, both. So I had removed ma 1GB out of 3 & currently operating on 2GB. have also unchecked Restart of System failure to get full code of ma Error.
I have 2 sets of [1Gb x 512Mb]

Thanks Again.

Thats great to hear its dell. I have one to and it is very easy to find the drivers and all that here.

1. Go to www.dell.com
2. click on support in the top right of the page
3. Next, click go on the button below support for home users
4. Then click drivers and downloads
5. Next, enter your service tag. This will pull up all of your drivers and chipsets. Look for the one related to your graphics card. This will be a chipset probably.
6. Download and run this. Hopefully you will be all set after it updates and installs the chipset.

Let us know,
Ben
