I'm thinking about upgrading to 64bit. If I do how do I do it and I do do it can I use my 32bit Product key. And if I get Windows 7 will I be able to choose 64bit from the install?

You cannot do an upgrade from 32 to 64. You will need to do a clean install. Your 32-bit key will work for either. You need the 64-bit media; it does not come on the same disk, and you will not be given an option during installation.
