OK. this is not really a start up or boot problem only an annoyance
so i boot from the windows installation dvd, vista loads, i choose the "repair your computer" option, the "system recovery option" appears and the problem is my vista home premium is not listed there, so basically i can't select an installation to repair if i needed to(i only have one OS).
i notice that at the bottom of the box it says "if you do not see your operating system listed, click load drivers to load drivers for you hard disks"
do i need to load a driver for my hard drive or something or what drivers is that referring to? any knowledgeable mind to explain what that means
what could be casing this problem about my vista installation not listing.
my system works just fine, I'm just concerned why vista is not listed in the "system recovery option"
thanks for any help....
