Found hidden pics; need to delete

I forgot what I was doing at the time but, I came across a file that had thousands of thumbnails of pics from variuos websites that I had visited at one time or another. Now, I can't remember how to find them or even how I would delete them. I run a cache cleaner religiously. I use Vista Home.

This may be the "Temporary Internet Files" cache that you looked in.
The tutorial below can show you how to empty it by deleting it.

Another a good program for this is CCleaner.
