Missing User Folder (Searched Forum, But No Luck With The Help Offered)

Missing User Folder (SOLVED)

i did a bunch of things from the forum but my folder is missing still from my user folder
example:

any ideas?

Is it still there and working? have you tried saving a file to it? Do you have show all files and folders checked?

What about doing a Search for the title of one of the files in one of the missing folders. . . assuming that Search will find the file, follow the Search thread to see where the file is now located.

how i stumbled on my user folder missing is, i had it shared from my desktop to my laptop in my apartment. so i can use files from my desktop while working on my laptop.
then one day after i updated my desktop via windows update. the user file was gone.
i am able to enable user file via desktop if i go into the customize icons...but i can't share it or anything.
was this an update from windows to trying an make it easier to use...or to mess with us
