Resizing User Account Picture in Start Menu

Is it possible to increase the size of the User Account picture that displays on the top right side of the Start Menu in Windows Vista Home Premium? It's larger at the windows login screen but tiny in the start menu. Am I hoping for too much?

Sorry, but that cannot be changed in Vista unless some 3rd party skinning program has that option.
