Windows Features

In the "Windows Features" window where you can Turn Windows features on or off, is there a list or table describing what each feature is? I would like to get a detail description of what I get from turning them off and on. I know what some of them do but not all.

I dont know if there is a list but we would be happy to explain whatever items you dont understand.
