My son has Vista Home Basic and has received the message: 'User profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded' when he turns on his computer.
I've looked at all of the possible solutions on this website but all assume that we can access the start menu - which we cannot. What can we do if we cannot get past this point? What means do we have to go to system restore or other methods?
