I noticed that after my computer starts up from restart/shut down to the desktop,
half of my start up programs load, says that I am not connected to the internet, and half of my icons in the bottom right of my taskbar aren't right-clickable. Yet, I can still access the internet via IE or Firefox. But other programs won't launch if I try to run them (iTunes, WoW, Microsoft Word).
I give it a minute or two, and then everything else starts up, including the programs I tried to start up during phase I described above. It tells me I am connected to the internet, and everything on my taskbar is clickable again.
I've tried every combination of start up programs to see if it was a specific program starting up that was stalling the rest of them to. Anybody explain this phenomena?
