Laptop Keeps Restarting back into system recovery options

Hello

my vista laptop just suddenly hang and so i manually turn off the laptop

after that it went directly into the system recovery options and i did a startup repair

the startup repair took 4 hrs and it said it couldn't fix the problem

and this is the problem details that it displayed

i tried pressing f8 and going into safe mode however it just restarts back into startup repair and i also did a windows memory diagnostic tool and it displayed no problem as well

i tried to do a system restore but it didn't worked saying that there was "no restore points have been created on my computer system disk" and i also tried the complete PCstore and said there was no valid backup locations

so are there any suggestions on what to do

i would really appreciate cause have important assignments and work in my laptop which i need to retrieve
