Thunking Spooler APIS from 32 to 64 process has stopped working

Hello everyone, this is my first post on this forum.

I've a problem trying to print a document with Acrobat on remote MinoltaC353 printer.
Windows gives me the following error: "Thunking Spooler APIS from 32 to 64 process has stopped working".
I've found an Hotfix but it works only with Service Pack 1 and I'm under SP2.
Can anyone help me??

The 32 to 64 is driver related

You can either, downgrade the Driver on the print server to a 32bit driver
Or you can upgrade your OS to 64bit

Id suggest downgrading the print server driver you may have installed to the printer.

If its local to your machine id downgrade the Driver you have installed for this printer allso

I have a 64bit machine and don't know wich driver version I have; and I cannot upgrade the Printer to a 64bit driver.

Maybe a solution can be to print with Acrobat 6 ?

Yes!!! It works with Version 6.3.1.BT21_01 drivers.

Now I have to find that drivers in italian :D

Not sure where you can obtain an italian version maybe try contact them and see what they have to offer :)

Please hit the scales in the top right of my posts if ive managed to help :)
