"HDD Health" Utility not working

One of my computers running "HDD Health" program shows no detail drive data.

I've got HDD health installed on two very similar machines running Vista on Core 2 Duo ASUS P5DG MBs. Both have 3 hard drives but only one of these machine shows drive detail in HDD Health. One installation works fine but the other has no details at all.

I'm wondering which of my setting is wrong?

ok what are the 3 machines, and the make of the 3 HD's?

Two computers are homemade with Asus P5B Deluxe MB's and Core 2 Duo cpu's, 2.67 and 3.0 Ghz.

The machine that does show drive details has WDC Velociraptor WD740, A Maxtor 200Gb, and a Hitachi 640Gb (Hitachi is month old, others are 2 years old).

The machine that does not show drive details has Velociraptor WD1500HLFS 150 Gb, Maxtor 320 Gb, WD5000AAKS 500 Gb. All drives are two to three years old.

Belarc Advisor shows all 6 above drives are SMART.

I'm not sure what else to mention here.

deleting is under edit. so edit>there you should see save, cancel, delete, etc

I've tried to find "delete" under "edit" but it isn't there. Is "delete" blocked by the forum admin? It's a former thread that has been closed because I found I was wrong in my assessment of the problem.
