I apologize as I know this problem has been discussed here before, I could not find solutions pertinent to my exact situation so I decided to try a new post. I am getting the windows explorer stopped working/restarting loop upon computer startup. I followed a suggestion to check "eventvwr" from the task manager and it seems as though the fault is associated with MP4splitter.ax My problem (or at least I think my problem) is that I cannot locate this file to delete it. A simple search of the computer does not bring it up. Any thoughts on what my next move should be?
I already tried the "change from thumbnails to icons" thing in the control panel but can't seem to get to the correct screen it in time.
