Font in Windows Vista‏

I'm using Windows Vista home premium 32 bit. I setup NovaTDN(a Vietnamese software( Developed by Hai Hoa Company) support to design roads), I necessary to using it because I'm a Bridge and Road Engineering. But I can't change font in Windows Vista to Vietnamese fonts ( it's very easy in XP Pro). I send an error file. Would you like tell me this problem. Thanks you very much!

Do you want the font changed for a word processor, email, or do you want the operating system to be in Vietnamese?

The Nova software run in AutoCAD2005 environment, so I want to change font in ACAD dialog to Vietnamese, because the dialog font ACAD depend on vista font.
