Using Vista 64-bit and the problem is with any changes I make with various settings. When the computer restarts, all of these settings revert back to their initial setting. Mouse settings, IE settings, settings with which program opens up a specific file (e.g. using Notepad to open up an HTML file). I have one administrator account that is being used. At first, this was an inconvenience but it's driving me nuts and haven't found anything online that points me in the right direction regarding this issue.
