Solved Can't Overclock With 9800GTX (rivatuner or eVGA precision)

Okay i bought a eVGA 9800gtx and it wouldn't overclock.I thought it was my power supply and bought a new one old PSU=420W and 900GTX requires 450 so I bought a 460 and still I cannot overclock.

I use rivatuner and set my clocks and click OK then it reverts back to stock.And same with eVGA precision.

Please help.

Have got latest drivers.

Oh sorry.forgot about this thread.well i had to uninstall all the physx drivers aswell as nvidia drivers.The drivers were modified for better overclocking performance.So i just went to Nvidia and download drivers from there.hope this helps.
