Disabling individual Windows hotkeys?

Is it possible to disable individual hotkeys? I need to disable Windows + "= / +" and Windows + Spacebar.

I know that it's possible to disable ALL hotkeys related to the Windows key, but those two conflict with an app I need.

Wow! Can the key tweak program remap hotkeys and not just individual keys in Windows 7? If I could remap Windows + Space and Windows + "+" to something else, I would be so delighted!

It should let you map any key to anything you want.Like I moved caps lock to the windows key on the left side of my keyboard.
