Send an Instant Message box popping up

Hello,

I have a problem with Windows Live Messenger. It's "Send and Instant Message" box just pops up randomly. I don't even know how to make this box appear on it's own. but it will several times a day just pop up. Anyone know why or how I can disable this from happening?

I had this same problem, Re-installing/upgrading messenger fixed it. Just download messenger again and follow the prompts.
