Spell check error

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]I received the following in a dialog box:
"This language is no longer available for spell checking. Please select another in the spelling options dialog"
I tried the instructions in another post but they did not work for me. This is probably because I use 'Firefox" rather than "Internet Explorer". Can you help me re-set my language in the spell check?

If you mean in Windows Mail, then this tutorial below can help show you how to. Be sure to do this from the same window that Windows Mail first opens to, and not from within a compose message window.
