Hi guys, I have no idea how I managed it but the grey navigation bar at the top of my desktop has disappeared! I have no idea how to get it back, does any one know???

Hello Dawn, and welcome to Vista Forums.
If you mean the taskbar, then you might check to see if you have autohide turned on for it by mistake. Does it reappear if you move the mouse pointer over where it use to be?

This is a third party tool bar, do you know the name of it ?, if you do run a search and it will find it, you can then re-install.
If that does not work, you can try a system restore, to a time when the bar was there.
