thatas a good question. I have to do some searching in registry to see if I can find it and isolate it. Maybe someone has a fix already

I poked around a little myself without any luck. In the past I found a post for xp: res hacker- explorer.exe string table #34 line 533 "click here to begin"; if that helps.

That actually helps but Im not on a vista machine right now. What they are sugessting is that you open explorer.exe (make a backup first) with res hacker find the string table goto #34 line 533 and change the text to what you want. if it works you're golden if not just copy the backup over it and try again
