HP Photosmart C3135 Problem

First of all Hi. Im new to this place. If i sound a bit frustrated you'll see why in a minute. Ok, my Photosmart C3135 is giving me problems on my new build computer that is not even 3 weeks old. Heres the problem, After i installed the correct drivers from hp and go to do a test print the problem starts. When it goes into the print queue is spools and then goes to print and then it disappears without printing. Iv tried reinstalling the drivers many times and contacting hp was a joke. Iv tried running the install in different OS modes and nothing works. Im at my wits end with this problem and I need it fixed ASAP. Any suggestions?? I really need this fixed.

Do yourself a favor ...get a canon.

I would do that after the less than satisfying support I got from hp, but I have no leftover money from building my comp to buy a new printer. Do Canon printers work with Vista Home Premium x64? If I can get this one to work temporarily till I get some money saved Ill get a new printer but only if it works with Vista HPx64. I would prefer to get this one working.

Edit: I noticed this when i had my print queue open; when it swicthes from spooling to printing it sits for a few seconds and then deletes the print job its self. Maybe this is a bit more info.

That was exactly what happened when I got Wds vista and try to reload

hp drivers ...It does not work with Vista.

Just for the record ..:

I threw away 2 Hps printers and keep Canon ....

Cos thats the only one works "with WDs vista" ....

roughly 4 year old ....
