I am running Vista and have worked with Paint for years. About two months ago I had to re-install my OS and everything is working well except Paint. It opens fine but none of the tools within Paint work at all. The buttons turn on, but when you try to do something (draw a line, increase the size of the canvas, select, etc.) nothing happens.
If anyone has suggestions, please let me know!
