Vista auto resumes from sleep

I'm using an ASUS M2NBP-VM-CSM motherboard. I was using XP and had no problems with sleep mode. I installed Vista Ultimate and i havent been able to do the same with it.
When i press sleep the computer just restarts. its the same with hibernate. Any suggestions?

You might see if the items in the tutorial below may be able to help you find out what is waking up your computer. A usual cause for this is the "Allow to wake computer" option checked in the network adapters Power Management Properties page in Device Manager.
