I know I am not going to phrase this right, but here is my best attempt. 
Okay, you know how when you create a new folder Vista gives you the yellow folder
as an icon. Now, I know that I could go in and individually change each folder icon as it is created to my new pretty pink folder :D.
What I am wondering is if there is a way to change it so that Vista automatically uses the Pink Empty Folder and Pink Full Folder that I have.
