Solved Security Center Doesn't Work

Hi simoiu!
It appears that Security Center service is not running or disabled.
Here's how to re-enable it:
1) Start --> Type: services.msc --> Click OK
2) Scroll down to and double click Security Center
3) Set to Automatic --> Click Apply --> Click the Start button
Tell me if it'll work.
