MOM is from AMD/ATI Catalyst Control Center. ATI graphics card. You can disable the CCC from start up if you want. You can un check it with Windows Defender Startup/Software option, or use something like Autoruns to uncheck it, if it doesn't appear in the software tab with Control Panel/Administrative Tools/System Configuration.
