HELP!! BLACK SCREEN with only Moving Cursor

Anybody knows how to fix?? I had a virus/worm on my computer..cleaned it out with Malwarebytes and superantivirus. Now all my users profile are messed up. All are Blacked out when i tried log on....i can only move the cursor and bring up the Task box with ctr alt delete.... Only my ADMIN profile works. And when i try to create a new user with admins rights...it's still blank.

I was able to log on under SAFE MODE. HOW CAN I BRING BACK MY USER PROFILES? PLEASE HELP!! THANK!

Do you have a backup you can resore from? If not I hate to say it but at some point you are going to have to start thinking re-install.
