installing vista on a notebook

i have an asus eee pc 904hd with windows xp installed (1gb memory, 80gb hard-drive, and a 900 MHZ processor) and i was wondering if it is possible to install windows vista ultimate onto it, with out there being any problems. many thanks alex

You can attempt but you would need to have all the graphics settings at a bare minimum. After all that dont expect to be able to do much...maybe word processing or surfing the net. I have vista basic on an old HP Pavilion Desktop with a 700MHZ Celeron and it runs with 1 GB of RAM, but barely. You are better off with a faster PC to fully experience Vista.
