If I buy Vista Ultimate x64 with a free Windows 7 Upgrade Voucher

or

A computer with Vista Ultimate x64 with a free Windows 7 Upgrade Voucher

Will the Windows 7 Version I recieve be Windows 7 Ultimate x64 or will it be a basic version?
