Theme Service Error: 126 / 2

My original Vista theme wasn't loaded when I restarted my computer after installing Service Pack 2 for vista, after right clicking the desktop, personalise, themes and then the Aero theme, It says theme service is not on.
I go to services, themes and it says I can't restart the theme service giving me two error codes: error code 126 and error code 2. I haven't a clue of where to go from here any help would be really useful!

Sorry, I don't think I made myself clear in my post, It's not the Aero theme that doesn't work, I was using that as an example - it's the theme service. The original vista theme doesn't work.

This MS Autodiagnostic should fix Themes service also.This service is also responsible for working Aero

Didn't work, but I have found the problem, when checking if there was a newer service pack for vista, I found service pack 2... little did I know that this was for Windows Server 2008. Because WS08 doesn't support themes, or at least needs an update for themes - My windows vista with SP2 for Windows Server 08 has now stopped the theme service.
If you or anybody else could tell me how to uninstall SP2 for Windows Server 08 I would appreciate it greatly.

Cheers for your help, I went to the recent updates and uninstalled it, everything works great now!

The problem was SP2 was for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT OS, the operating system didn't support themes.
Thank you for your help, I'm running the repair now.
