If I press any key in wexplorer it goes to search

Hi there.
In windows explorer, inside a directory were I have many other directory's, wen I press a key, let say the N key, it goes to search: it was usual to go to the first directory that started with the letter of the key I pressed.
Does anybody knows how to solve this?

While in that directory click on any of the folder and press the n key now.

What happens :)
