Solved In Windows Explorer I accidentally got a number of items in the folder.
Can't you just delete them? Maybe I do not fully understand your question. Can you be a little more detailed and specific please.

Sometimes your system will let you go into a folder and delete one file at a time, when it won't allow you to delete the whole folder at one time. Try that. You can also try to "trick" the computer by creating a new folder, cutting the files from the old folder, and pasting them into the new folder, and deleting them there.
