I cant minimize or delete or itll freeze.

I cant minimize or delete anything or else my computer will freeze. I even hold cntrl alt delete but still it freezes even more!!! Its so bad i have to log off or turn off the computer. My mom thinks its a virus but i think its a malfunction.

So were going to staples to remove the virus.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Has it ever occured to you?

What is it?

Ive learned to live with it up its a real pain i have to take everything slow and everytime i log in theres a chance itll freeze up.

I believe it has something to do with hp advisor.

If it's a virus... Download Malware Bytes and run it.

You can also try to clean your computer with CCleaner.

last option. Try updating the drivers, i had a similar problem and I updated, now im back to normal. hope this helps.

Welcome to forum.....

Open your explorer and try to delete something :) yep it will freezzzz..

While the explorer freezing, Open your taskmanager by pressing ctrl+sshift+esc at the same time. click on procee tab... there u will find explorer.exe process. Right click on that and click create dump file.

the dump file will be saved in your temp directory. It will be named like explorer.dmp

Upload the ffile.. It will usefull for us to sort the issue :)

How do i get to temporary directory and just to tell you it isint just my internet explorer freezig actaully my internet explorer runs perfectly. Its just the things outside of it like all the programs from warcraft III to solitary to hp advisor.

Hi,

Explorer.exe and iexplorer.exe is different. Explore.exe windows will explore your files (my computer)and many things and the iexplorer.exe will explore internet. Your explorer.exe is having some problem..

And u can access your temp directory by typing %temp% in run.

Upload the explorer.ddmp file :)

One last question i got to temp directory i found the file and i am clicking on it right now.. how do i upload it?

Sorry for how dumb i m with computers im only 13 and no one else in my household can fix it :D
