shared graphics memory, shared memory, not sure as every bios is different, but yeah something like that.

I would not worry about that. You are not talking about memory anyhow, you are looking at address space. The real RAM will be managed and used by Vista as is optimal for each instant. Don't try to outsmart the system. It will work against you - guaranteed.
